Honored

Awhile ago I got a couple of awards. I immediately put my new little pretties in my side bar, but I haven’t had a chance to write about them.

First, I got this cool one from Kim at the BitterBall and Deb, Mom of 3 Girls. It was originally an animated little diddy, but wordpress doesn’t support flash. So, I searched around, found the picture and added the words so that I could post it. Now I’ve found that the original link for the flash isn’t working, so if there are any out there who received this award and it disappeared on you, feel free to copy my little creation for yourself.

Thank you, ladies for recognizing my effort to Christmastize my blog! Since Christmas is only a few days away, I’m not going to pass it on. There are several very nicely decorated blogs that I visit, but I think this award is about expired.

Kim also gave me The Colors of Friendship Award. We’ve become pretty good bloggy dorks friends. This is one award I just had to have. Hello, my theme is all about color! Thanks, Kim!

I’m giving this to my friend Jen who’s Learning Patience. We were actually face to face friends until the military moved her away. She and her husband have just adopted two precious children from Ethiopia. Give her a visit.
