3 Days

Oh.my.goodness. I have only three days until we go on our family vacation. I’m so excited. This is our FIRST EVER family vacation with just the five of us.

Being a military family and not living in the same town, or even state, as any of our relatives, we spend all of my husband’s leave time with family. That’s not really vacation. In fact, it takes a long time to recover from said visits.

Saturday we leave for Williamsburg, VA. It’s only a few hours away. We’re staying in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, full kitchen time-share. Comfortable amenities at a fun place, with no in-laws; now that’s something to look forward to!

However, I still have to:

do the laundry,
clean the house for the dog-sitter to stay here,
grocery shop,
get the oil in the van changed,
pack,
and dozens of other little things for the day to day living between now and then.

It’s quite overwhelming.

BUT, I’M GOING ON VACATION IN 3 DAYS!!!

    Williamsburg rocks! Visited there when I was kid. Used to live in Virginia. The colonial town is an awesome place to visit. I’m sure you’ll have lots of fun and posts tons of pictures.
